I can only get the dock and menu to move together when the larger (external) screen is &quot;below&quot; the laptop screen in the &quot;Arrangement&quot; tab setting. But the shocker is that I&#039;m now unable to move my windows &quot;up&quot; from the external display to my laptop screen as the windows are being blocked by the Menu bar on the external display. Pretty bad behaviour.]]></description>
